This was an intimate winter dinner in Jackson Hole, Wyoming that my husband and I hosted. The mushrooms were growing out of the table and it felt alive like the forest floor. Nature is sensational so we should certainly celebrate it! Of course as you know mushrooms, moss, and snails are my favorite things.

This dinner was full of toasts, raised glasses, evening candlelight and more tasting courses than I can count! Guests were greeted with a custom cocktail, a "Hotty Tati" and were welcomed into this cozy room safe from the snow.
