The flowers are from August and Poppy a local florist in Bozeman. Winter or summer, these pieces will last a lifetime and hopefully be used many many times as you gather friends and family.

This dinner was hosted at my home in Montana. Dinners here look to the surrounding views and landscapes from the mountains dusted with snow in the fall to the prairies growing wheat and hay. I always lean into the rustic beauty of the land to find a sophisticated palate.
